You may shop with AVELLANA by :

• Making your selection online, ordering by phone and mailing us payment (please see below)

Payment methods

AVELLANA is happy to take payment via Master Card , Visa, AMEX or Discover or by e-check  through our online shopping cart. We would be happy to accept a personal cheque, certified cheque or money order. Please email us for details on sending payment through the mail.

For international orders, Avellana also takes payment by wire transfer (SWIFT). Some additionnal fees will apply. Please email us for details.

Shipping schedule :

All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.

Shipping methods

AVELLANA will ship all orders by  Canada Post service.

• Within Quebec 1-3 business days
• within Canada 2-7 business days
• to the U.S.A. in 4-6 business days (Air mail)
• Intenational  in 10-15 days (Air mail)

Shipping costs

* There is no overcharge for adding necklaces to your order.

Our stock

We do our very best to keep our online stock up to date for your shopping ease. In busy times we may have stock listed that is on back order. All orders will be confirmed by email, if you have ordered a product that is out of stock at the time, we apologize and will let you know how quickly we can get that to you.

Gift Certificates

If you would like to purchase a gift certificate from us please send us an email and we will take care of you over the phone. Gift certificates can be bought in $10 increments and are the perfect way to give a gift that is "just right" for a new parent. Gift certificates can be redeemed through email.

Refund/Exchange Policy

We want you and your baby to be pleased with your order! AVELLANA is happy to accept returns and exchanges on a defective product within 30 days of the purchase date.

Any non-defective product that is returnerd to get a refund must be returned   within 30 days of the purchase date. And must be in like new condition, unwashed and include all packaging and instructional materials. There will be a $5 restocking fee charged for each return.

Avellana has the right to reject an exchange or a refunding if the product does not  meet all of those conditions.

Sale and Promotional items may be exchanged for a colour or size change from existing sale stock.  Sale and Promotional items may not be returned for refund, with no exception.
